PERSONAL DATA
Yocomehere.com, in the exercise of its activity, makes it an absolute priority to guarantee the confidentiality of the data and personal information provided by its Users, who, by choosing the Site, place their trust in it. For this reason, it considers it important that the User is informed as to how their Data is treated and what measures, including technological measures, are adopted to avoid the dispersion of the same.
This notice is drafted pursuant to and for the purposes of the provisions of Legislative Decree No. 101 of 10 August 2018 (Personal Data Protection Code), as supplemented by the provisions of EU Regulation No. 679/2016 General Data Protection Regulation - GDPR, which governs the methods of collection, processing, storage and any communication and / or dissemination of personal data, specifying the rights and duties of the parties involved in the processing.
The processing of Personal Data by the Site, based on the principles of correctness, lawfulness, transparency and protection of the confidentiality and rights of the User, will be carried out in compliance with and in accordance with the provisions of the aforementioned legislation.
The Data Controller is Youcomehere S.r.l.s in the person of its legal representative Ms Carmela Lerede Sole Director (Ceo);- Data collection.
Users' data are collected by the Data Controller exclusively through the completion of certain forms offered online on the Site.
The forms are of different types depending on the type of service that the User intends to use.- Purpose of processing.
The Data collected through the Site, processed lawfully and in accordance with the principles of correctness, will be used, subject to the User's consent, in order to obtain the services offered by the Site.
The processing of Data may be aimed at surveying the User's degree of satisfaction with the quality of the services provided by the Site.
The Data collected may be used to provide services related to obtaining business proposals in the tourism sector.
Data may be processed for the purpose of providing information and commercial promotion of products distributed by companies, including third parties whose list is available at the Data Controller's registered office.
The sending of e-mail messages to the addresses that may appear on the Site entails the acquisition by the Site of the sender's address. This address, together with any other personal Data collected, is necessary in order to reply to the requests sent and to provide the services expressly requested by the User.
The Data are processed on paper and/or electronically also with the aid of automated procedures and are carried out by the organisation set up for this purpose by the Data Controller or by subjects outside this organisation in the capacity of data processors and/or persons in charge of processing.
Appropriate security measures are in place to prevent the incorrect or unlawful use of the Data, access to the same by unauthorised parties and the loss of the same Data.
None of the Data collected through the Site is subject to dissemination.
Processing modalities
Processing by the Data Controller is carried out in compliance with legal obligations, regulations and contracts. The recording and processing of the Data is carried out on paper and computer, with logics strictly related to the aforementioned purposes and in such a way as to guarantee the security and confidentiality of the Data. The Data Controller processes personal Data and processes them both directly and with the assistance of other subjects who will act as Data Processors and/or Trustees (external and/or internal to the Data Controller's structure).- Nature of the provision of data.
The provision of data by the User is optional, but refusal to provide such data will make it impossible for the Data Controller to respond to requests and provide the services requested.- Security in the collection and processing of data.
The data collected and processed are protected with physical, logical and technological methods such as to minimise the risk of unauthorised access, dissemination, loss and destruction of the Data in accordance with Legislative Decree no. 196 of 30.06.2003 as subsequently supplemented by Legislative Decree no. 69 of 28.05.2012 and its annexes including the "Technical Regulations".- Scope of communication and dissemination of data.
The Data provided by the User are communicated and used exclusively by the Data Controller and by any companies appointed as Data Processors.
Where specified, for some services, the Data are communicated to subjects (whether natural and/or legal persons) companies that collaborate or use the services of the Owner with the sole intent of providing the services requested by the User.
In these cases the subjects (whether natural persons and/or legal entities) mentioned above are autonomous owners and the Owner is not responsible for the processing of the Data by them.
The Owner is also not responsible for the contents and compliance with the regulations on the processing of Personal Data and Privacy on the part of websites not managed by the Owner itself and to which reference may be made on the Site also through links.- Transfer of data abroad.
Personal Data collected through the Site may be transferred outside Italy only and exclusively for the purpose of performing the services requested through the Site and in compliance with the specific provisions of the Personal Data Protection Code.
IP monitoring
The Site may implement monitoring by tracing the IP address of the computer used by the User to access and use the Site.
This monitoring takes place for statistical purposes or to carry out checks if the Data Controller deems it necessary.
IP tracking data will be processed in compliance with current legislation and in any case in such a way as to guarantee the security and confidentiality of the Data.- Use of Cookies.
The Site uses Cookies in order to improve the functionality of the Site and navigation, the quality of the services offered, to speed up the analysis of traffic on the network, to make it easier for Users to access the services offered by the Site, as well as to create profiles of Users for sending advertising material and commercial communications.
Cookies are small files sent and stored on the User's computer by websites visited by the User and are stored in the file directory of the User's browser.
The next time the User visits the site the browser will read the Cookie and transmit the information back to the website or entity that originally created the Cookie.

The Site uses various types of cookies depending on the functions they perform:
Technical Cookies: used for the purpose of carrying out the transmission of a communication over an electronic communication network or to the extent strictly necessary for the Site to provide the service specifically requested by the User. These cookies ensure normal navigation and use of the Website, for example by allowing authentication for access to restricted areas of the Website (navigation or session cookies) or the collection by the Website Manager of aggregate information on the number of Users and the way they visit the Website (Analytic cookies) or allow Users to navigate according to a set of selected criteria, such as language or products (functionality cookies).
Profiling cookies: these are aimed at creating profiles of Users and are used by the Site in order to send advertising messages in line with the preferences expressed by the Users themselves when browsing the web, essentially helping to make the content as personalised as possible, for example through targeted banners and related suggestions. These Cookies may also be used to serve advertisements from both the Site and selected third parties. The Site also includes third-party profiling Cookies, i.e. parties other than the Site itself. Duration of processing
The processing of the Data by the Data Controller shall last no longer than the time necessary to fulfil the purpose of the collection, i.e. the storage of the search criteria, the notification, the publication of the ads and the contacting of the Users.
Therefore, the processing will last until the User decides to delete the Data entered by notifying the Data Controller.- Rights of the data subject
Article 7 of Legislative Decree no. 196 of 30.06.2003, as subsequently supplemented by Legislative Decree no. 69 of 28.05.2012, grants and recognises specific rights to the User concerned by the processing.
In particular, the User concerned has the right to obtain confirmation of the existence or non-existence of personal Data, even if not yet registered, and that such Data be made available to him in an intelligible form.
He/she may also request to know the origin of the Data, the logic, the purpose and the modalities on which the processing is based, as well as the identification details of the Data Controller, of the Data Processor, of the Representative in the territory of the State and of the subjects to whom the Data may be communicated or who may become aware of the Data in their capacity as designated representative of the State, Data Processors or Persons in charge of Processing.
He/she may also obtain the cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of Data processed in breach of the law, including those the conservation of which is not necessary in relation to the purposes for which the data were collected or subsequently processed, as well as the updating, rectification or, if there is interest, the integration of the Data.
You may also obtain certification that the said operations have been brought to the attention of those to whom the Data have been communicated or disseminated, except where this proves impossible or involves a manifestly disproportionate effort compared with the right that is to be protected.
He/she may oppose, for legitimate reasons, the processing of the Data, as well as the processing of personal data concerning him/her for the purpose of sending advertising or direct sales material or for carrying out market research or commercial communication.

b) be fully informed of the operations described above;

Art. 7 - Right of access to personal data and other rights
1. The interested party has the right to obtain confirmation of the existence or otherwise of personal data concerning him/her, even if not yet
registered, and their communication in intelligible form.
2. The data subject shall have the right to be informed of
(a) the origin of the personal data
b) the purposes and methods of processing
c) the logic applied in the event of processing carried out with the aid of electronic instruments
d) the identity of the data controller, data processors and the representative designated pursuant to Article 5(2)
e) the entities or categories of entity to whom or which the personal data may be communicated or who or which may get to know them
knowledge in their capacity as designated representative in the territory of the State, managers or appointees.
3. The data subject has the right to obtain
a) the updating, rectification or, where interested therein, integration of the data;
b) the cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed in breach of the law, including data
which need not be kept in relation to the purposes for which the data were collected or subsequently processed;
c) certification to the effect that the operations as per letters a) and b) have been notified, as also related to their
their content, of those to whom the data have been communicated or disseminated, except where this proves to be
impossible or involves the use of means manifestly disproportionate to the right protected.
4. The data subject shall have the right to object, in whole or in part
(a) on legitimate grounds, to the processing of personal data concerning him/her, even though they are relevant to the purpose of the collection
b) to the processing of personal data concerning him/her, where it is carried out for the purpose of sending advertising materials or direct selling or for
market research or commercial communication. The undersigned, having acquired as above the information provided by the data controller pursuant to Article 13 of Legislative Decree 196/2003, hereby consents to the processing of his/her personal data for the purposes indicated in the aforementioned information notice.
